Use AI Write and AI Write & Refine to draft emails powered by Titan AI to send emails

AI Write is Titan AI's writing assistant that helps you create, refine, and improve emails directly from the Titan Webmail composer. You can describe what you want to write using a prompt, generate an email, and then provide additional instructions to refine the generated content

What you can do

With AI Write , you can:

  • Generate an email from a prompt.
  • Describe the purpose and content of your email in your own words.
  • Refine a generated email using additional instructions.
  • Change the tone of your email.
  • Adjust the length of your email.
  • Choose the language for your email.
  • Describe the changes you wish to make
  • Review and edit the generated content before sending.
alert-warning AI Write and AI Write & Refine to draft emails are only available on certain Titan plans. If you don't see these options in your account, they may not be included in your current plan.

 

Generate an email with AI Write 

AI Write lets you describe the email you want to write directly in the AI Write panel

On Webmail

  1. Click New Email to open the composer.
  2. Enter the recipient and subject, if required.
  3. Click AI Write.
  4. In the Describe your email box, enter a prompt describing what you want the email to say.
    For example:
    Write a professional email requesting five days of leave.
  5. Select the required tone and length.
  6. Select the language in which you want the email to be written.
  7. Generate the email.
  8. Review the generated content in the composer.

You can edit the generated email before sending it.

On Android

  1. Tap New Email to open the compose screen.

  2. Tap the wand icon below the subject line.

  3. Enter a prompt describing the email you want to send.
  4. Under Writing style, choose a tone and length for your email.
  5. Tap Done.
  6. Tap Generate.

  7. Once you're happy with the result, tap Insert.

Tap the Bulb icon to see example prompts.

 

On iOS

  1. Tap New Email to open the compose screen.

  2. Tap the wand icon below the subject line.

  3. Enter a prompt describing the email you want to send.
  4. Under Writing style, choose a tone and length for your email.
  5. Tap Done.
  6. Tap Generate.
  7. Once you're happy with the result, tap Insert.

Reply to an email with AI Write

AI Write can help you create a response to an email you're replying to.

  1. Open the email you want to respond to.
  2. Select the AI Write option available for the reply.
  3. Describe how you want to respond.
  4. Select the required tone and length.
  5. Select the language, if required.
  6. Generate the response.
  7. Review the generated content.
  8. Use Describe your changes if you want to make further changes.
  9. Insert or retain the final version in the composer.
  10. Review the email and send it.

Choose a language for your email

AI Write allows you to generate your email in your preferred language

  1. OpenAI Write in the composer.
  2. Enter your prompt in Describe your email.
  3. Select the required language.

The generated email will be written in the selected language

alert-success Language selection and Refine My Draft are currently available only on webmail. They aren't yet supported on the Titan Android app.

 

Refine a generated email.

AI Write allows you to make additional changes to the generated email using the inline prompt box.

After the email is generated, use the Describe your changes box to tell AI Write what you want to modify.

  • Want to make your email more polished and engaging
  • Have a partially written email and need help finishing it
  • Want to proofread your message before sending
  • Want to improve the overall professionalism of your writing


 

For example:

Make it more professional and concise.

You can also provide more specific instructions, such as:

Add a sentence saying that I will complete my pending tasks before going on leave.

AI Write  updates the email based on your instructions.


You can continue refining the email until you're satisfied with the result.

Undo and redo changes

AI Write provides Undo and Redo options while refining your email.

  • Click Undo to revert the most recent change made to the email.
  • Click Redo to restore a change that was previously undone.

These options are useful when you want to compare changes or return to an earlier version of your email while refining it.


Write better prompts

For better results, provide enough context in your prompt. Mention the purpose of the email, important details, and the tone you want to use.

Example of a basic prompt:

Write a leave email.

Example of a detailed prompt:

Write a professional email to my manager requesting five days of leave due to personal reasons. Keep the email polite and concise.

A clear and specific prompt helps AI Write generate a more relevant email.

Change the tone and length.

You can customize how the generated email is written using the available Tone and Length options.

Use the tone option to adjust the style of your email based on your requirements.

For example, you can make an email:

  • More professional
  • More casual
  • More friendly

You can also adjust the length of the generated content depending on how much detail you want to include.

Refine specific content

Composer Inline Refine lets you select a specific part of an email and improve just that section, instead of refining the whole draft. It can adjust the tone of the selected text — for example, to professional, casual, or friendly — and rewrite it to be shorter or more detailed.

Example

Initial prompt:

Write an email requesting three days of leave.

AI Write  Write generates the email, you can enter:

Change the leave duration to five days and make the email more formal.

AI Write will update the generated email based on the new instructions.

How your data is used

Titan AI uses OpenAI's ChatGPT API (the AI technology that generates your drafts and suggestions), under OpenAI's terms of use. OpenAI only receives the prompts and email content you explicitly submit through AI Write or Composer Inline Refine — it doesn't have access to any other content in your mailbox. OpenAI doesn't use this data to train its models, and doesn't retain it for more than 30 days.

What you'll see

After you generate, reply, or refine an email with AI Write or Composer Inline Refine, the result appears directly in your email composer. Review the text, make any final edits you want, and send the email as you normally would.

The generated email doesn't match what I wanted.

Try providing a more specific prompt. Include the purpose of the email, important details, desired tone, and preferred length.

For example, instead of:

Write a leave email.

Try:

Write a short and professional email to my manager requesting five days of leave due to personal reasons. Mention that I will complete my pending work before my leave.

I want to change the generated email

Use the Describe your changes box to tell AI Write exactly what you want to change.

For example:

Make the email shorter and more professional.

AI Write generates incorrect information

AI-generated content may sometimes require correction. Review the generated email carefully and edit any incorrect or missing information before sending it.

AI Write is not available

AI Write availability depends on your Titan plan and account configuration. If you don't see the AI Write option in Webmail, check whether AI Write is included in your current plan.
