Looking to migrate your emails from an MBOX backup file to your Titan mailbox? You can use Mozilla Thunderbird to import the MBOX file and then upload the emails to your Titan account.

Before you begin
- Make sure you have your MBOX backup file ready.
- Make sure your Titan email account is configured in Thunderbird using IMAP.
- Make a copy of your original MBOX backup and keep it in a safe location. This ensures that you have a backup available if any issue occurs during the migration.
Import your MBOX backup
1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird.
2. Click Settings (gear icon) in the left sidebar, then select Add-ons and Themes.
3. Search for ImportExportTools NG. and Add the ImportExportTools NG add-on to Thunderbird.
4. Once added, please restart the client by clicking on the Exit button in sidebar and then relaunch the client
5. Go to Local Folders, right-click on it, and select ImportExportTools NG → Import mbox Files → Individual mbox Files.
6. Select the MBOX file you want to import.
7. Once the import is complete, the imported emails will appear under Local Folders.
Move the imported emails to your Titan mailbox
1. Select the imported folder containing your emails.
2. Drag and drop the imported folder to the appropriate folder under your Titan mailbox.
3. Thunderbird will begin uploading the emails to the Titan server.
4. Allow sufficient time for the emails to synchronize, especially if you are migrating a large mailbox.
That's it! Your emails from the MBOX backup will be migrated to your Titan mailbox once the synchronization is complete.
