Emails in your Trash and Spam folders don't stay there forever — you can delete them yourself at any time, or let Titan Mail clear them out automatically. This article explains both options and how long you have to recover an email before it's gone for good.

Delete emails on Web
In the left sidebar of your Titan Mail inbox, click Trash or Spam.
In the folder, click Empty Trash now or Empty Spam now.
A pop-up window asks you to confirm. Click to confirm the deletion.
The folder will show no emails once this is done.
Delete emails on iPhone (iOS)
In the Titan Mail app, tap Trash or Spam from the folder list.
In the folder, tap Empty Trash now or Empty Spam now.

Automatic deletion after 30 days
You don't have to empty these folders yourself. Any email moved to the Trash or Spam folder is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after it was moved there. This happens in the background — no action is needed from you.
What success looks like
If you've emptied a folder manually, it will show no emails immediately. If you're relying on automatic deletion, any email will disappear from the Trash or Spam folder on its own 30 days after being moved there, and it won't appear anywhere else in your mailbox.
