Titan is upgrading its webmail (Titan Mail in your web browser), and the new version does not work with Safari 14 and lower. This article is for anyone who uses an older version of Safari to open Titan Mail. It explains what changes for you and how to keep using Titan Mail.
What this means for you
If you use Safari version 14 or lower, you cannot open Titan Mail once the latest update is released. Your Titan account stays active, and you can keep using it with one of the options below.
| alert-warning | Once the update is released, Titan Mail does not open in Safari 14 or lower. Choose one of the options below before then so you can keep using your email. |
Ways to keep using Titan Mail
Choose the option that works for you.
Update Safari
You update Safari by updating macOS (the operating system on your Mac) to the latest version available for your device. Safari updates only with macOS, so there is no separate Safari download.
Switch to another supported browser
If you cannot update macOS, you cannot update Safari. In this case, you can open Titan Mail in one of these browsers instead:
Use the Titan Mail mobile app
You can also use the Titan Mail app on your phone to read and send email.
Why Titan is making this change
Titan is upgrading its webmail to make Titan Mail faster, safer and more reliable. Older browser versions do not meet the speed and security requirements the new webmail needs.
What you will see
After you update Safari, switch browsers or open the mobile app, you can log in to Titan Mail as usual. Your Titan account stays active throughout.
