Since March 15, 2024, older versions of the Titan mobile app no longer work on iOS and Android. If you use Titan on your phone or tablet, check your app version and update it if it's on the list below. This article shows you how to do both.
What changed
Effective March 15, 2024, the Titan mobile app stopped working on:
- iOS devices with a Titan app version lower than 4.5.0
- Android devices with a Titan app version of 1.4.337 or lower
To keep using the app without interruptions, update it to the latest version.

Check your app version
- Open the Titan mobile app and log in.
- In the top-left corner, tap the menu icon (three bars).
- Scroll down and tap Settings.
- Tap About.
You'll see your app version number.

Update the Titan mobile app
You need the latest version to get new features and bug fixes.
On iOS
- Open the App Store.
- Search for Titan.
- Open the Titan product page.
- Tap Update.
On Android
- Open the Play Store.
- Search for Titan.
- Open the Titan product page.
- Tap Update.
The Titan mobile app updates to the latest version.
What you'll see when you're done
Your Titan mobile app opens and works normally. To confirm, follow the steps in Check your app version again. Your version number is now higher than the versions in the table.
