In some cases, we've identified that certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are blocking access to specific Titan server addresses.
Our systems remain fully operational under normal network conditions, and the issue appears to be related to ISP-level blocking or DNS filtering.
This article provides temporary workarounds to help you regain access to Titan Email.
Workarounds to Regain Access
1. Switch to a Mobile Network
If you're currently connected to a broadband or Wi-Fi connection and unable to access Titan services, please try switching to your mobile data network (4G/5G).
Since this issue is typically observed with specific ISPs doing DNS filtering, changing to a mobile network often bypasses the block.
✅ Most users report immediate access once switching to a mobile hotspot or mobile data connection.
2. Change Your Browsers DNS Settings to a Public DNS Resolver
If you are facing the issue on Titan webmail , accessed via a browser from your computer, please follow the below steps to change the DNS settings of the Browser.

4. Additional Tips
Use a VPN: If the above steps don’t work, connecting via a trusted VPN can bypass ISP-level restrictions.
Test Connectivity : You can ping Titan servers (e.g., imap.titan.email / smtp.titan.email) or check Titan Status to confirm if the issue is local or server-side.
| alert-warning | Important - Once the above changes are made, please restart your device/browser and check if the issue persists. |
