How to Change Your Browser’s DNS to a Public Resolver

If you’re experiencing problems accessing Titan Webmail in your browser, switching your browser’s DNS settings to a secure public resolver (like Cloudflare 1.1.1.1) can help resolve them quickly.

Follow the steps below for your browser:

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Security.

  3. Scroll down to Use secure DNS and enable it.

  4. Choose With and from the dropdown select Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).
Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu button (three lines).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In Privacy & Security, scroll to Enable secure DNS using:.

  4. Pick Increased Protection or Max Protection.

By default, Firefox uses Cloudflare. If not, manually select Cloudflare from the Choose Provider dropdown.
Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services.

  3. Scroll to Security and enable Use secure DNS.

  4. Select Choose a service provider.

  5. From the dropdown, choose Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).

Note - The default browser of MacOS - Safari itself doesn’t have a built-in DNS option like Chrome or Firefox. Instead, you’ll need to update it through your Mac’s network settings: How to Change DNS Settings on Your Computer or Mobile Device

⚠️ Important:
After updating DNS settings, clear your browser cache before checking Titan Webmail again. This ensures the new settings take effect properly.
