Problem: You didn't receive the verification PIN email.
Cause: The email can take a few minutes to arrive, or it may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
Fix: Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, go back to the login screen and re-enter your email to request a new PIN.
Problem: A teammate says they haven't received their invitation.
Cause: Invitation emails are sometimes caught by spam filters.
Fix: Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If they still don't see it, send the invitation again.
