Titan’s File and Link Tracking feature enables you to track who clicked on the links and downloaded the attachments in your emails. This ensures that your emails are not only received but reviewed.
Link Tracking
Link Tracking is a powerful feature that notifies you when a recipient clicks on the tracked links in your email. By leveraging this, you can track if the recipients are meaningfully engaging with your emails and refine your email strategy.
You can enable Link Tracking by following the steps listed below:
-
- Open the Composer window to draft a new email.
- Enter the recipient's address and the subject line of the email.
- When adding the link to the email body, click Insert Link from the formatting toolbar at the bottom.
- A modal window will appear, allowing you to enter the URL and hyperlink text. Once you've added the link, enable link tracking by enabling the Track This Link option.
- Click on Insert to add the link to your email with tracking enabled.

Ensure email deliverability while using link and file tracking
Excessive use of link and file tracking can affect the deliverability of your emails. Sparing use of tracked link and file tracking will make sure that the spam filters don’t categorize your emails as spam. Also, its important to ensure to not misuse the system by sending a large number of tracked files and links to email addresses that have not signed up for receiving emails from you to maintain your email deliverability.
