Taking Email backup from Google Account
1. Open your Google Account and navigate to “Manage your Google Account.”
2. Go to Data & Privacy, then click on Download your data.
3. Deselect all the options and select the option of Mail if you wish to extract email data only and click on the Next step.
3. Based on your preferences, set the backup file's properties here
4. Click on the Download button. Type in the password for your Google account when prompted. After verification, click on the Download button again and your email data of MBOX format will get downloaded in a ZIP file.
5. Once you have downloaded the email backup from your Google account, simply extract the MBOX file to the preferred folder on your machine
Migrating Email data to Titan account
Once you have downloaded and extracted your email backup in MBOX format, you can migrate your emails to your Titan account using a third-party email client.
Since MBOX files need to be imported into an email client before they can be uploaded to your Titan mailbox, you can use either Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail.
Before starting the migration, make sure your Titan account is configured on the email client using IMAP.

Mozilla Thunderbird
You can use Mozilla Thunderbird to import your MBOX file and then upload the imported emails to your Titan mailbox.

If you are using a Mac, you can use Apple Mail to import your MBOX file and then move the imported emails to your Titan mailbox.

Once the migration is complete, your imported emails will be available in your Titan mailbox.
