To keep your account safe and protected from suspicious activity, we suspend it when we detect a spike in new IP addresses accessing the account that are not typically associated with it.

How to regain access
When your account is suspended due to an unusual spike in IP addresses accessing it over the past three days, a suspension banner will be displayed in Titan Webmail.
If an alternate email account is associated with your Titan account, instructions to regain access will be sent to that alternate account. If no alternate email account is associated with your Titan account, instructions to regain access will be sent to your customer email ID.
An email is sent to your Titan email address and customer email address explaining the suspension and providing steps to regain access.

An email, as shown below, will be sent to your alternate email address. If no alternate email is found, then it will be sent to the customer email ID.
alert-warning Please note that to regain access to your account, you must follow the steps outlined in the email sent to your alternate or customer email address.
Yes, it's me: If you were indeed the one accessing your account - whether it's from a different device, browser, or location and you recognize the activity, then click on "Yes, it's me" and it will direct you to login which will help regain access to your account.
No, reset password: If you suspect that someone else might have accessed your account or you do not recognize the activity, click on "No, reset password" to ensure your account is secure. It will direct you to reset the password and after successfully resetting it, you will be logged out from all devices. Then you can use the new credentials to login and regain access to the account.
Once the account is unsuspended, an email as shown below is sent to the primary email address and the customer email address.
Some best practices to keep your account secure
To keep your account secure and ensure your emails are delivered smoothly, we recommend these quick steps:
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
It adds an extra layer of security to your account. If your plan supports this feature, you can enable 2FA from your Titan account settings. To know more about how to set up 2FA, please refer to this detailed article here.
Set Up Custom DKIM
Adding a DKIM record, enhances the credibility of your outgoing emails by setting up a custom DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) for your domain. This helps prevent your emails from being marked as spam. Please refer to this article to know how to set up a DKIM record.
