Titan Mail is your business email account. This article shows you how to log in from a web browser and how to set up the Titan mobile app, so you can check your email anywhere.
What You Can Do
- Log in to your mailbox from any web browser
- Download the Titan app for Android or iOS
- Recover your account if you forget your password
Log in from your web browser
- Go to https://app.titan.email in your web browser.
- Enter your Titan email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.

Log in from the Titan mobile app
- On your Android or iOS device, open your camera app.
- Scan the QR code below to open the Titan app download page.
- Install the Titan app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the Titan app.
- Enter your Titan email address.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Sign in.
What you'll see: Your inbox opens in the app, and you can start reading and sending email right away.
Troubleshooting
Problem: You get an "incorrect password" message even though you're sure the password is right.
Cause: Titan passwords are case-sensitive, and a saved password in your browser or phone may be outdated.
Fix: Type your password manually instead of using autofill. If it still doesn't work, reset your password using Forgot password for your mailbox?.
Problem: You don't know your Titan email address or password.
Cause: These credentials are usually set up by your account admin, not created by you.
Fix: Ask your account admin for your login details. If you are the admin, check the welcome email from Titan for your account setup information.
