The Titan app lets you check and manage your Titan Mail account from your Android phone or tablet. This article shows you how to download the app and sign in for the first time. It's for anyone who already has a Titan Mail account and wants to use it on an Android device.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure you have the following:
- An active Titan Mail email address and password.
- An Android device with the Google Play Store installed.

Install and sign in to the Titan app
1. On your Android device, open the Play Store.
2. In the search bar, type Titan - Mobile app for Titan accounts.
You can also skip the search by opening the app page directly: Titan app on Google Play.
3. Tap Install.

4. Once the app finishes installing, tap Open.
5. On the login screen, enter your Titan email address and password.
6. Tap Login.

Troubleshooting
Problem: You see an "Incorrect email or password" message when you try to log in.
Cause: You typed the wrong email address or password, or your password was changed recently.
Fix: Check that your email address and password are correct. If you still can't sign in, reset your password from the Titan Mail Control Panel, or ask your account admin for help.
Problem: You can't find the Titan app in the Play Store.
Cause: Search results in the Play Store can vary by device or region.
Fix: Use the direct download link in the Install and sign in to the Titan app section to open the app page in the Play Store.
Problem: You're not notified when new email arrives.
Cause: Android's battery optimization can stop the app from running in the background.
Fix: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Titan, and turn off battery optimization for the app.
