Now you can stop shuttling between multiple tabs to see what your day or week looks like by viewing all your events in a single calendar! Using Titan’s iCal feature, you can add your calendars from accounts on Google, Outlook, Zoho, and other providers to Titan’s Calendar and view your events all in one place. Here's how to get started:

2. Click on "Add Calendar" and select "Add external calendar using URL."

3. Paste the Calendar URL into the Calendar URL field and input the Calendar name.
4. After you’ve added the external calendar, it will be visible in your list of calendars. All the events of your external calendars will now be visible on Titan’s Calendar.

5. To remove the external calendar from Titan you can simply click on “Unsubscribe”.

For any external calendar added to Titan you can only view the event details in Titan. To RSVP or edit an event, you will need to do so from the original calendar. |

Mentioned below are the steps to locate the Calendar URL in Google: a. Open the calendar section in your Gmail account. b. Click on the three dots next to your calendar name and select "Settings and Sharing".
c. Scroll to the bottom of the page and copy the "Secret address in iCal format". d. Paste the content of "Secret address in iCal format" in the Calendar URL field in your Titan Calendar as shown in Step 2.

Outlook |
Mentioned below are the steps to locate the Calendar URL in Outlook a. Open Outlook and Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings. b. Click on Calendar > Shared Calendars c. In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar you want to share (if you’ve only got one Calendar set up it will just be called “Calendar”), and select “Can view all details” in the second drop-down, and click “Publish.” d. This will create two links: an HTML link and an ICS link. e. You need to copy the ICS URL, and paste it into the Calendar URL field in your Titan Calendar as shown in Step 2.

Apple Calendar |
Mentioned below are the steps to locate the Calendar URL in Apple Calendar: a. Open the Calendar App and click on desired calendar you'd like to share. b. Click on the check box and make it public. Click on done.
c. Click on the calendar again and copy the URL generated.
d. You need to copy the URL, and paste it into the Calendar URL field in your Titan Calendar as shown in Step 2.

That’s it! With this, you’ll have successfully added your Outlook or Google calendars with your Titan calendar.
Event Synchronization time
When you synchronize the calendar and add the events, the events will not get updated immediately. It will take a bit of time for events to synchronize depending on the file size of the calendar.
The time duration based on file size is mentioned below:
- Up to 100kb - 1 hour
- Up to 1.5mb - 4 hours
