Now you can stop shuttling between multiple tabs to see what your day or week looks like by viewing all your events in a single calendar! Using Titan’s iCal feature, you can add your calendars from accounts on Google, Outlook, Zoho, and other providers to Titan’s Calendar and view your events all in one place.

Not sure how to find the URL of your external calendar? Here's how: Each calendar provider has its own way of generating a shareable iCal URL. Pick your platform below for step-by-step instructions, then come back to Step 3 above to add it to your Titan Calendar. |
3. Paste the Calendar URL into the Calendar URL field, input the Calendar name, and click on Add.
4. After you’ve added the external calendar, it will be visible in your list of calendars. All the events of your external calendars will now be visible on Titan’s Calendar.

For any external calendar added to Titan you can only view the event details in Titan. To RSVP or edit an event, you will need to do so from the original calendar. |
Remove an external calendar from Titan
1. In Titan Calendar, on the left sidebar, hover over the calendar you want to remove.
2. Click the three-dot menu icon that appears next to it.
3. Click Unsubscribe.
How long event sync takes
When you synchronize the calendar and add the events, the events will not get updated immediately. It will take a bit of time for events to synchronize depending on the file size of the calendar.
The time duration based on file size is mentioned below:
- Up to 100kb - 1 hour
- Up to 1.5mb - 4 hours
| alert-warning | Please note that the maximum iCal file size is 1.5MB. If the file size is greater than 1.5MB, the calendar will not be imported. |
| alert-warning | The iCal integration is currently only supported on Titan Webmail and the Titan Desktop App. Calendars added via iCal will not appear or sync on Titan Mobile apps |
