Titan's iCal feature lets you view your Titan Calendar events inside another calendar app, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. This is for anyone who wants to keep track of Titan meetings and events without switching between apps. Once set up, new Titan Calendar events will appear automatically in your other calendar.

Get your Titan iCal link
Before you can add your Titan Calendar to another app, you need to copy its iCal link from Titan.
1. Go to app.titan.email and log in to your Titan Mail account.
2. Open Calendar from the left menu.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to your calendar's name.
4. Select Settings and sharing.
5. In the settings panel, scroll down to the iCal Link field.
6. Copy the link shown in the iCal Link field. You'll paste this into your other calendar app in the next steps.
If your iCal link is ever compromised, or you want to stop an old integration from receiving updates, you can generate a new one from the same settings panel.
| alert-warning | Clicking Reset iCal Link immediately invalidates your current link. Any external calendar app using the old link will stop receiving updates until you copy and add the new one. |
To reset your link, click Reset iCal Link in the same settings panel, then repeat the steps above with the new link.
Add Titan Calendar to Google Calendar
1. Go to Google Calendar in your browser.
2. Next to Other calendars, click the + icon.
3. Select From URL.
4. Paste the Titan iCal link you copied earlier into the field.
5. Click Add calendar.
6. (Optional) To rename the calendar, select it in your calendar list, click Settings, and update the name.
Google doesn't show the guest list for events on calendars imported this way, so guests won't be visible on these events inside Google Calendar.
To remove the calendar later, click the X next to it in your Google Calendar list and select Unsubscribe. This only removes it from Google Calendar — your original Titan Calendar and its events are unaffected.
Add Titan Calendar to Apple Calendar
1. Open Calendar on your Mac.
2. Click File > New Calendar Subscription.
3. Paste the Titan iCal link into the Calendar URL field.
4. Click Subscribe.
5. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color.
6. Set Auto-refresh to Every 5 minutes (the default is Every Week).
7. Click OK.
To remove the calendar later, right-click it in your calendar list and select Unsubscribe. This only removes it from Apple Calendar — your Titan Calendar is unaffected.
Add Titan Calendar to Outlook
1. In Outlook on the web, open Calendar.
2. Click Add calendar.
3. Select Subscribe from web.
4. Paste the Titan iCal link into the field.
5. Enter a name for the calendar.
6. Click Import.
To see these events in the Outlook desktop app (Mac or Windows), sign in to Outlook on the web first and let the calendar sync there. The desktop app will then reflect the same events.
To remove the calendar later, open its menu in Outlook and click Remove. This only removes it from Outlook — your Titan Calendar is unaffected.
What to expect after exporting
Once you've added the link to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, your Titan Calendar events will appear alongside your other calendars, labeled with whatever name you gave it during setup.
| alert-success | Imported Titan Calendar events are view-only. You can see event details, but to RSVP or make changes to an event, open it in your Titan Calendar directly. |
New events or changes made in Titan may take a few minutes to appear in your other calendar app — the exact delay depends on the platform.
Troubleshooting
Problem: Guest names aren't showing on imported Google Calendar events
Cause: Google hides the guest list for events on calendars imported from a private URL, which is how the Titan iCal link works.
Fix: This is expected behavior on Google's side. To see the full guest list for an event, open it in your Titan Calendar directly.
Problem: New Titan events aren't showing up in the Outlook desktop app
Cause: The Outlook desktop app only reflects calendars that have already synced through Outlook on the web.
Fix: Sign in to Outlook on the web, confirm the Titan Calendar appears there, and give it a few minutes to sync. The desktop app will then update automatically.
Problem: I removed the calendar from Google or Outlook and I'm worried I lost my Titan events
Cause: Removing or unsubscribing from an imported calendar only removes that copy from the other app.
Fix: Nothing to fix — log in to your Titan Calendar directly to confirm your original events and data are unaffected.
