An iCal URL is a private link your calendar generates so other apps — like Titan — can stay in sync with it. This article shows you how to publish a calendar in Outlook and find its ICS link, so you can add it to your Titan Calendar.
Mentioned below are the steps to locate the Calendar URL in Outlook
1. Open Outlook and Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings.
2. Click on Calendar > Shared Calendars
3. In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar you want to share (if you’ve only got one Calendar set up it will just be called “Calendar”), and select “Can view all details” in the second drop-down, and click “Publish.”
4. This will create two links: an HTML link and an ICS link.
| alert-warning | The HTML link allows people to view your calendar in a browser and the ICS link will enable people to import your calendar into their calendar program. |
5. Copy the ICS link. (Not the HTML link — that one won't work in Titan)
6. Go back to Using the iCal feature on Titan, and paste the address into the Calendar URL field (Step 3).
What you'll see: The ICS link is a long URL ending in .ics. Once it's pasted into Titan, your Outlook events start appearing on your Titan Calendar.
