If you are unable to access Titan webmail despite having strong internet connectivity, we request you to please disable the proxy settings on your device and re-check if that is blocking your access to the Titan services.

Method 1: Using Windows Settings (Recommended for Windows 10 & 11)
This method allows you to disable proxy settings directly from the modern Settings app.
Open Settings:Click the Start button and select Settings (the gear icon).
Navigate to Proxy Settings:Click on Network & Internet and then select Proxy from the left-hand menu.
Disable Automatic Setup:Turn off the toggle switch for Automatically detect settings.
Disable Manual Setup:Under the "Manual proxy setup" section, turn off the toggle switch for Use a proxy server.
Method 2: Using Control Panel (For older Windows versions or classic interface)
This method uses the traditional Control Panel to adjust proxy settings.
Open Control Panel:
Click the Start button, typeControl Panel, and select it.
Access Internet Options:
In the Control Panel, find and click on Network and Internet, then select Internet Options.
Open LAN Settings:
In the Internet Properties window, go to the Connections tab and click on LAN settings.
Uncheck Proxy Settings:
In the Local Area Network (LAN) settings window, make sure the boxes for Automatically detect settings and Use a proxy server for your LAN are unchecked.
Apply Changes:
Click OK in the LAN settings window, then click Apply and OK in the Internet Properties window.
After applying these settings, restart your web browser to ensure the changes take effect.
MacOS
Click the Apple menu:in the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings (on newer macOS versions) or System Preferences (on older versions).
In the Settings/Preferences window, click Network in the sidebar.
Select the network service you are using (e.g., Wi-Fi or Ethernet) from the list on the left.
Click the Details button, then click Proxies in the left-hand menu.
On the right side, you'll see a list of proxy protocols (like Web Proxy HTTP, Secure Web Proxy HTTPS, etc.).
Uncheck:the boxes next to any protocols that are currently enabled to disable them.
Click OK and then Apply (if prompted) to save your new settings and close the windows.
Your proxy settings are now disabled, and your Mac will connect to the internet directly.
Android
Open Settings:Go to your device's Settings app.
Select Wi-Fi:Tap on the Network & internet (or just Wi-Fi) section.
Choose your network:Select the Wi-Fi network you are currently connected to.
Access network settings:Tap on Modify network, Network settings, or the gear icon next to your network.
Find proxy settings:Look for Advanced or Advanced options and tap the down arrow to reveal them.
Disable the proxy:Under the Proxy setting, select None from the dropdown menu.
Save your changes:Tap Save to apply the changes and exit the settings.
iOS
Open the Settings app:on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on Wi-Fi:from the list of settings.
Tap the "i" icon:(the information icon) next to the name of the Wi-Fi network you are currently connected to.
Scroll down:to find the "Configure Proxy" section.
Tap on "Configure Proxy":and select Off.
Exit the Settings app:to save your changes.
