Zoom is a video conferencing platform used by millions of businesses worldwide for meetings, webinars, and client calls. With the Zoom integration on Titan, you can add Zoom meetings to your calendar events and Bookings services in one click — no more copy-pasting links between Zoom and Titan.
Adding Zoom to a calendar event
Open Titan Calendar and click New Event, or open an existing event to edit.
Fill in the event title, time, and attendees as usual.
Click the Add meeting link dropdown and select Zoom.
If you haven't connected your Zoom account yet, a Connect zoom popup appears: "To get authorized with your zoom account, please follow a few steps in the web browser." Click Continue to zoom.
Sign in to Zoom (if you aren't already) and review the permissions Titan is requesting. Click Allow.
You'll return to your Calendar with a "Zoom is connected successfully" confirmation. The Zoom meeting is automatically added to the event, with the join link, Meeting ID, and Passcode visible in the event details.
Click Create Event. Attendees receive a calendar invite with the Zoom details included.
Once you've connected Zoom, you won't need to authenticate again. Every future event where you select Zoom from the dropdown will generate a meeting instantly.
For recurring events:
Titan creates a single Zoom meeting for the entire series. The same join link works for every occurrence.
Adding Zoom to a Bookings service
Set up Zoom once on your service, and every guest booking will automatically get its own unique Zoom link — so you never expose your Personal Meeting Room or manually create meetings for back-to-back calls.
Open Titan Bookings and click Add service or event, or open an existing service to edit.
Fill in the service name, link, duration, and description as usual.
Under Meeting type, check Video call.
Click the Add meeting link dropdown and select Zoom.
If Zoom isn't connected yet, a Connect zoom popup appears. Click Continue to zoom, sign in to Zoom, and click Allow to authorize.
Once connected, you'll see "Zoom is connected successfully" and the Video call field will show Zoom with the helper text "Meeting link will be shared after booking completion."
Save the service.
That's it. Every future guest booking on this service will automatically generate a unique Zoom link. The link, Meeting ID, and Passcode are sent to both you and your guest in the booking confirmation email.
One-time authentication:
If you've already connected Zoom via Titan Calendar, you won't be asked to authenticate again in Bookings. One connection covers both.
Team services note:
Titan Bookings allows any team member with organiser access to edit services. The Zoom account used for a service is whoever last configured Zoom on that service. If a teammate re-configures Zoom, their Zoom account replaces the previous one for future bookings.
Removing Zoom from an event or service
From a calendar event:
Open the event.
Click the X next to Zoom in the Add meeting link field.
Save the event. The Zoom meeting is cancelled, and attendees receive an updated invite without Zoom info.
From a Bookings service:
Open the service.
Under Meeting type, either uncheck Video call, or click the X next to Zoom and select Custom instead.
Save. Existing bookings keep their original Zoom links; only new bookings are affected.
Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you want to fully disconnect Zoom from Titan:
Sign in to your Zoom account at zoom.us.
Go to Settings → Marketplace → Installed Apps.
Find Titan in the list and click Remove.
What happens after disconnect:
Existing calendar events and bookings with Zoom links continue to work — the Zoom meetings themselves remain on your Zoom account.
You can't add new Zoom meetings from Titan until you reconnect.
The next time you select Zoom from the meeting link dropdown, you'll be prompted to authenticate again.
Troubleshooting
-
"Zoom needs to be reconnected" banner:
Your Zoom permissions have expired or your account has changed.
Click the meeting link dropdown again, select Zoom, and go through the connection flow to reconnect.
-
Zoom link doesn't appear in a booking confirmation email:
-
This can happen because of one of the two reasons:
if Zoom was disconnected from Titan: In this case, Click the meeting link dropdown again, select Zoom, and go through the connection flow to reconnect.
if Zoom was temporarily unavailable when the booking was made. Contact your guest with a fresh meeting link.
-
-
Meeting is limited to 40 minutes:
This is a Zoom free-tier limitation, not a Titan setting. Upgrade your Zoom account to a paid plan to remove the limit.
-
I don't see the Zoom option in the dropdown:
The Zoom integration is currently available on desktop only. Mobile support is coming in a future update.
