Zoom is a video conferencing platform used by millions of businesses worldwide for meetings, webinars, and client calls. With the Zoom integration on Titan, you can add Zoom meetings to your calendar events in one click — no more copy-pasting links between Zoom and Titan.
Adding Zoom to a calendar event
Open Titan Calendar and click New Event, or open an existing event to edit.
Fill in the event title, time, and attendees as usual.
Click the Add meeting link dropdown and select Zoom.
If you haven't connected your Zoom account yet, a Connect zoom popup appears: "To get authorized with your zoom account, please follow a few steps in the web browser." Click Continue to zoom.
Sign in to Zoom (if you aren't already) and review the permissions Titan is requesting. Click Allow.
You'll return to your Calendar with a "Zoom is connected successfully" confirmation. The Zoom meeting is automatically added to the event, with the join link, Meeting ID, and Passcode visible in the event details.
Click Create Event. Attendees receive a calendar invite with the Zoom details included.
Once you've connected Zoom, you won't need to authenticate again. Every future event where you select Zoom from the dropdown will generate a meeting instantly.
For recurring events:
Titan creates a single Zoom meeting for the entire series. The same join link works for every occurrence.
Removing Zoom from a calendar event
Open the event.
Click the X next to Zoom in the Add meeting link field.
Save the event. The Zoom meeting is cancelled, and attendees receive an updated invite without Zoom info.
Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you want to fully disconnect Zoom from Titan:
Sign in to your Zoom account at zoom.us.
Go to Settings → Marketplace → Installed Apps.
Find Titan in the list and click Remove.
What happens after disconnect:
Existing calendar events with Zoom links continue to work — the Zoom meetings themselves remain on your Zoom account.
You can't add new Zoom meetings from Titan until you reconnect.
The next time you select Zoom from the meeting link dropdown, you'll be prompted to authenticate again.
Troubleshooting
-
"Zoom needs to be reconnected" banner:
Your Zoom permissions have expired or your account has changed.
Click the meeting link dropdown again, select Zoom, and go through the connection flow to reconnect.
-
Meeting is limited to 40 minutes:
This is a Zoom free-tier limitation, not a Titan setting. Upgrade your Zoom account to a paid plan to remove the limit.
-
I don't see the Zoom option in the dropdown:
The Zoom integration is currently available on desktop only. Mobile support is coming in a future update.
