How to Submit a Legal Request
If you are a law enforcement authority or legal representative seeking user data or account information, please follow the steps below:

Prepare a Valid Legal Request
Ensure your request is lawfully issued and includes all relevant details, such as:The specific email address(es) or domain(s) involved
The type of information requested (e.g., registration data, logs, preservation request, etc.)
The timeframe for which the data is sought
Appropriate identifiers (case number, issuing authority, etc.)

Whenever a valid data preservation or retention request is received, Titan will retain the requested data for a period of six (6) months from the date of acknowledgment. The preserved data can be disclosed to the requesting authority within this period, upon receipt of a valid legal order for disclosure. |
