Titan Calendar makes it easy to schedule and manage your events in one place. Create events with essential details such as the date, time, and attendees, and use additional options to add meeting links, locations, reminders, recurring schedules, descriptions, and guest permissions.
Create an event
1. Open up the Calendar tab.
2. Click on the relevant date you want to create event for.
3. Fill up the pop up. You could directly add the guests and our smart suggestions can help you with that.
4. For setting up more configurations for your event, click on the Advanced Options button and create the event according to your needs.
5. If you have more than one calendar, you can select a calendar from the dropdown.
6. You can click on 'Create event' to add this event to the calendar.
Advanced Options
Click Advanced Options at the bottom of the event details pop-up window to open the advanced event settings. You can then configure additional details and customize the event according to your requirements.
Once you have entered the basic event details, such as the event title, date, and time, you can use the available options to further customize your event.
- Set a recurring event: Use the Does not repeat dropdown to choose how often the event should repeat.
- Add a location: Enter the meeting room, office address, or other physical location in the Add Location field.
- Add a meeting link: Enter an external video conferencing link in the Meeting Link field to share it with event participants.
- Add a description: Use the Description field to include additional information, agenda items, or instructions related to the event.
- Set reminders: Choose when you want to be notified about the event using Email reminder and Push notification options.
- Select a calendar: If you have multiple calendars, select the calendar where you want the event to be saved.
You can also manage what invited guests can do with the event:
- Modify Event: Allow guests to change the event time or add other guests. This is off by default.
- Invite Guests: Allow guests to invite other people to the event. Guests cannot remove existing invitees. This is on by default.
- See Guest List: Allow guests to view the list of other invited guests. This is on by default.
Once you have configured the event and guest settings, click Create event to save the event.
