When a client books a service hosted by you, you can access the booking from the Bookings tab, Titan Calendar app, or the booking confirmation email. For any booking, you can find options to email the client, reschedule the booking, or cancel the booking. In case you choose to reschedule or cancel a booking, your client will be notified via email.
Accessing a booking via:
Navigate to the Bookings tab, where you can see all the scheduled services hosted by you and your team members. In the Upcoming tab, you can find the bookings which are yet to be started
The Calendar app
All the bookings hosted by you will be added to your primary Titan Calendar. You can access all your bookings (those booked via Titan Bookings and otherwise) at one place.
Booking confirmation email
We’ll send you a confirmation email for the new booking, with the booking details. Clicking on View the booking button on this email will direct you to the Bookings tab on Titan Bookings, where you can see all details and manage the booking.
