Accessing a booking
When a client books an appointment for a service which is hosted by you, you can access the booking from either of the below-
From the Bookings tab
Navigate to the Bookings tab. Here you’ll be able to see booking for all the services hosted by you as well as your team members. In the Upcoming tab, you can find the booking you wanted to check.
From the Calendar app
All bookings with you as the host will be added to your primary Titan calendar. You can access your bookings as well as your other meetings (ones which aren’t booked via Titan Bookings) in one single place.
From the email
You’ll receive an email notifying you about the new booking along with the details of the client. You get an option to View the booking which will navigate you to the Bookings tab.
Managing upcoming bookings
You can manage your bookings from any of the above places. You’ll get options to -
Have some questions or want to understand client requirements better? You can reach out to the client by emailing them. This will navigate you to the email composer to send the email.
In case if you aren’t available on the booked time, you can either email the client to reschedule the appointment or reschedule it yourself by clicking on the reschedule option. This will navigate you to the service link to choose another slot for the appointment. Don’t forget to include the reason to reschedule. Post rescheduling the client will be notified about the same.
Got a spam booking or for some reason don’t want to attend to the booking? You can cancel it. The event would be removed from your calendar. Also the client would be notified about the booking being cancelled.
