If you have an existing domain with TSO
If you already own a domain from TSO and then went on to set up hosting in that domain, please check where your domain's Nameserver records are pointing to. If your Nameserver records point to ns1.tsohost.com and ns2.tsohost.com, your DNS settings will be set by default. If you are facing issues, feel free to write to tsosupport@flock.com and we will help you out.
Alternatively, you can also verify the DNS settings for your domain here.
If your nameservers are not pointing to ns1.tsohost.com and ns2.tsohost.com and are pointing elsewhere refer to this article for help
If you registered a domain with TSO during sign up
If you have requested a domain name registration during sign up, your domain will be registered and setup in 24 hours. This is because of the time taken to propagate the DNS settings. If the said window has passed and you are still facing issues, write to tsosupport@flock.com and we will help you out. Alternatively, you can also verify the DNS settings for your domain here.
