Follow the steps below if you forgot your password for your business email:
1) Visit the email admin control panel for your domain at manage.titan.email
2) You will find the forgot password link above the password editor as shown below.
3) You will be asked to provide your account email ID through which the necessary password change link would be provided/sent. Please provide the current email id provided during sign up. (not the Titan business email id) Once entered, click on Proceed.
4) Click on the Reset password link provided in the email as shown below(Link is valid for 3 hours).
5) Add the new password that you wish to set for your Titan account and hit Update.
6) After setting the password, log in to the admin control panel at manage.titan.email using the email id (to which the reset password link was sent) and the newly set password.
7) After logging into the control panel, follow the steps listed in this article to change/reset the password of your business email.
