Signatures add another layer of professionalism to your emails and reiterate your identity. Follow the below steps to learn how to add a signature:
- Click on Settings (gear icon) on the top right corner of the Titan Webmail and select Preferences
- Go to Signatures

- Add a name to identify the signature
- Style your signature using options such as bold, italic, and underline, or hyperlink to your website or social profiles. You can even add your company logo
- To use a custom format, you can edit as raw HTML
- Click Save. Your signature is ready for use.

To edit your signature, all you have to do is click edit and make your changes.

Inserting an Image to a signature
- To insert an image to a signature, all you have to do is click on the Insert Image Icon
- Now, select the image from the desired folder.
- Once selected, you may also resize the image.
- Click on Save to save your signature.

Creating multiple signatures
- To add additional signatures, simply click + Add signature button
- Once you have multiple signatures, you can select one to make it your default signature

Switch between signatures
To use the other signatures that you have not selected as the default, click on the Signature icon in your email composer and choose the appropriate one.

Signature Defaults
You can set specific default signatures for new emails, as well as for replies and forwards. You can also select 'No signature' if you wish to not have any default signature for new emails or for replies/forwards.
You will not see the options for default signatures until you have added at least one signature. You can follow the below instructions to set default signatures:
- Click on Settings (gear icon) on the top right corner of the Titan Webmail and select Preferences
- Click the Signatures section to open the editor

With signature defaults you have an option to select a different signature for new emails, replies, and forwards.
Deleting a signature
You can remove a signature by clicking Delete.
